I will be focusing on Kicks in the Dubstep/Djent Metal genre but these techniques will apply to any music style. The plugin we will be using is Kick 2 from Sonic Academy. This is your one stop shop for synthesizing, layering and tweaking till your heart's content and your perfect Kick has been created. Using Kick 2 we not only get great results in almost no time at all but also have literally limitless options and layering combinations.
