Part 2 for making Soul Edge from the game Soulcalibur.
This will be the last “making of” video for this prop as I will be finishing it at my booth at Monsterpalooza doing a live painting throughout the convention.
For this part though, I focused on adding details with foam clay, foam dowels and my clay working tools to sculpt it into the final piece. I also used a Styrofoam ball for the base of the eye and I 3d printed the top of the handle as I needed a strong structural piece that would withstand having all its weight sit on while I have it on display.
