Ez egy átbaszás! 1. A transzformátor teljesítménye kicsi 2. A szekunder tekercs sok menet és vékony. ( 1 menet a legvastagabb kábelből, ami befér a vasba.) De még akkor is kétlem a készülék működését!

This is the video definition of “ah it’s close enough” stray wires ah just cut em off, contacts don’t match up, well it’s close enough. Nice design though. Perhaps next time take a measurement or two. Thanks for the idea. I plan on making one soon.

Клемму надо было брать а паять это не практично от нагрева отпадёт и провод сечением побольше тогда прогрев быстрее будет. Ну а заработу своими руками лайк😁👍

this ones special. the transformer is exposed so when you touch it by accident you can blow your cock off and explode your eyeballs. lets call it a unique feature.

Copper has less resistance than brass , and will work much better for your welding contacts.

Olá. Pesquisei a respeito de solda para gaiolas e vi que é feito por solda de ponto. Que tem como produzir caseira e comprar uma. Vi uns modelos no AliExpress que acho que pode da certo (uma chamada mini solda ponto). Alguém conhece e pode dizer a respeito e indicar modelo? A princípio é para uso básico fazer pequenos reparos em algumas gaiolas minha e de meu avô. Mas lógico que posso tentar produzir por curiosidade também. Agradeço desde já.

por lo que veo si el casquillo era para 6mm ese es el diámetro del cobre del cable, y el que va al toma corriente ese no hace falta tan grueso porque no lleva tanta corriente, con uno de 2,5 mm esta mas que bien o el mismo del microondas q traía. Lo q no se el largo del de 6mm, alomejor un metro y medio alcanza pero no estoy seguro

To me, the wire used for the coil looks to be #2 or 1/0 AWG, SOOW, or SJOOW given its flexibility. #2 THHN would be way to stiff to bend into such a tight radius, nevermind 1/0. SOOW is also colloquially known as S-0 cord. The difference between the two I mentioned is that one is rated for 300v the other 600v

Depends on the number of turns you plan for. You should try to fill the space completely. For the ~1000w transformers, 1 full turn of 3/0 or 4/0 is possible. He used two full turns which required much smaller cable. That setup will get very hot- it looks like he could have fit thicker..
