I actually love this prank, it’s sad how entitled most people are that they can’t simply put their shopping cart where it belongs. It’s usually not too far from where u park since it’s multiple cart stations. I alway put my min back because I know I can govern myself. It’s simple things like that, that makes a difference in your outlook on life. And we wonder why authorities abuse their powers because we show them everyday we can’t govern ourselves even with things as simple as this.

In all seriousness, anyway to report this guy before he kills someone and plays victim trying to justify his homicidal tendencies. Going around threatening to murder people shows he's insane. He even admits he's crazy, wouldn't surprise me he's bi-polar, or a sociopath. How he was so calm, then goes straight into making death threats, then saying "God bless you". What a maniac.
