Maybe, make another screen rack, place it over the one day dried rack and rotate the whole batch at once. Use the extra rack to load inside, maybe early morning or night before, among other house tasks. Good video, thank you.

i love sun dried tomatoes too..but mine are store bought because I do not have the BOMB deyhdrator..

Wait, what... In Northern Ontario, and you get enough sunlight and sunny days to use that dehydrator?! 😳 We're just over on the other side of the lake and it seems there's never enough sun... 😭😭😭
