This was my first time trying out Surge XT. I have watch a guide before so that I wasn't too lost. I think making a jam limiting yourself with the synth that you wanted to try out is great way to learn the instrument and feel more comfortable.

Funny that the getting of the full version of ableton for myself recently was motivated in part by wanting to not just use surge and recently also I see a full ableton user posting a newer video just using surge, not being insulting just honestly maybe self advertising in part due to the fact that I posted things that heavily use surge

Cheated by using a kick sample lol. Jokes aside. It's pretty good and surge is a beast, highly recommended.
