I finally finished watching your video… If you ever do need to thin the herd, I bet some of your viewers would LOVE to take some of your guitars off your hands! 😂 I have learned a couple of things that might help make it easier and more cost effective to ship them around the country: 1) Reverb offers discounts on shipping if you purchase shipping labels through them, which makes it more reasonable, and 2) Apparently, you can often obtain surplus guitar boxes for free that would otherwise be thrown out at places such as Guitar Center. I learned these points when selling a green IYV IP-350 to someone on the east coast. It REALLY helped me to sell this guitar, which was not finding any buyers at home. The buyer was kind enough to give me this advice when I told him I’d never shipped a guitar before.

I have still not come up with any decisions as of yet…I do know that having to ship them is NOT high on my list of things to do. Appreciate the info about Reverb. I have the original boxes for all of them….😎

From Leo: What a great job layering that intro! Not many of the guitar tinkerer guys on you tube have the kind of playing skills that you have. I pretty much keep the dust off of solid body guitars with gig bags, but Semi hollows and hollow bodies get a hard shell case. The down side is that some hard cases get pretty bulky. That Brivata is a perfect choice for that guitar, and the price is not too crazy.

Bravo JS🎸《☆》Victoriously Stated Case Brother👍🏾🍺🤳The Defense rests its Case😁My 2001 Korean Epiphone Firebird VII is one of my few prized Guitars that I put in a Hard Case. It's also an odd shape that probably wouldn't be Happy in a Gig bag. Thinning the Herd is UnHeard of imho✌🏼😎☯️

sweet case brother! be careful about a white guitar in a darker interior case tho...my "puddin" tele now has permanent new pink stains on it from being in a burgundy interior case...

Hi Mr. Opus….no solid decisions have been made as of yet. Just thinking out loud as they say….it’s not a “money” thing….simply looking at how to make more room. There are alternative ways to do this, and I am going over those. I haven’t sold or traded a guitar since the mid eighties. It’s just tough for me to do for all the reasons you state along with many others. I truly appreciate your stopping in and sharing your thoughts and concerns….much thanks! 🎸👍

Wow, you really like that Firefly John 5 Ghost clone, don’t you!?! I’m wondering now which of all your Telecasters is the fairest of them all! Incidentally, does your IYV IP-350 shift in the light? I just discovered that mine does! Look at the new short I uploaded on it! 😂

That case is covered in vinyl, not leather.

Probably reading from their description on their web site that actually says hand stitched leather, then later refers to premium vinyl…😎 Being what it is….still a decent case for the $$….truly appreciate your stopping into the channel! 🎸👍
