Hello and welcome to this rainy day at home gupshup !! What do you do when you are stuck at home when it’s raining all day? Rain makes me feel calmer and relaxed. It brings out the best in me..We were craving for pakoras, so we ordered in. Funnily enough, they turned out to be bland with no seasoning and almost uncooked from the inside. I know that’s how life is right, but this moment was more than perfect for me. When things don't go as planned, they often turn out to be the most memorable and humorous. I think funny anecdotes like this one never fade from people's minds. Being with each other matters the most and the fact that we could spend that evening together.

Hey All, I had asked for help in this video on how to clean diyas and silver items at home. It was incredible to see how many of you cared enough to write back and offer suggestions. I decided to compile it all in one place for the benefit of anyone else who might be in the same boat. The following are a few of the ideas:- 1. Tomato ketchup 🍅(a friend also suggested using the leftover ketchup from takeout orders 😃) 2. One popular suggestion was to apply tamarind paste and leave it on for a while 👍🏻 3. Third, many of you voted for lemon 🍋 4. In one discussion, baking soda was brought up 5. Many of you also recommended using Colgate powder to clean silver items 🦷 It was the first time in a long time that I really felt like my family and friends from back home had my back. Many of you actually asked if I had a particular item or checked if it was available in Germany. Thank you all for taking the time to firstly respond to my query and on top of that provide such wonderfully considerate solutions. I am truly grateful today. 🙏🤗

Hey! It's my favourite season! I simply love rain ... It makes me happy without any reason 😊 and tea with pakoras is the first thought in my mind when I'm at home😅 .and vegetable pulao is all time fav of mine. You know what ....last month being a closing of the financial year I was not able to view all your videos so this weekend I binge-watched all your KZfaq videos and found it so calming and refreshing! One suggestion instead of focusing only on the recipes and home reorganisation and rearrangements, you can try out some other different options being a home maker also. That includes financial planning or financial budget for household in the foreign country. The challenges you faced while settling abroad, your daily routine etc. This will surely add variety to your KZfaq videos. All the very best 😊

Hi Ragini, recently I have started watching your videos and I like them most. The way you shoot n explain everything is near the heart. In this video you asked about how to clean brass diyas. The easy way is you can soak tamarind in little water and soften add some salt in paste and clean any brass items with this. Tell me if it is useful for you. Thanks Love

Hi nice relaxing video. For silver items to clean use baking soda, dish liquid and hot water soak silver items in for 10 minutes try it.

V nice vlog mam ..ur dress color is also v nice ..one top for peetal diyas is lemon or u can use tamarind pulp..I think imli would be available.. rub any one of mentioned above on thdiyas or any peetal item and then wait for 2 3 minutes and then scrub... definitely u will get the results...❤love from Ludhiana India

For silver things use baking powder and aluminum foil in boiling water not vinegar… I clean my Pooja utensils and dia that way

To clean Divya’s etc. I boil water, add small pieces of aluminum foil, add Myrtis,Divya’s. And then add baking soda. That reaction cleans my items.

Is tamarind paste available in Berlin? That's the best thing to clean copper items. Apply the paste thickly, leave for an hour or so then wash as usual

Hey hii Ragini...wazssup how r u ? Use tomato ketchup to clean brass, copper utensils...the ketchup pouches which comes with pizza or burger I collect them for this purpose 😁 hahahha....for silver if u get colgate toothpaste or powder in any Indian store there...then bring one ...with colgate silver things shines like they are as new as they were 😊
