This vlog is about Panettone, a pastry artisan from Burgiz in Northern Veneto, Italy!

It is finally time for panettone.
Panettone is an Italian Christmas baked good.
It is cut into pieces and eaten little by little, bit by bit.
Burgi's panettone is made without preservatives or additives.
Burgi's panettone can be kept for a long time even without preservatives or additives because of the natural yeast that lives for more than 100 years.

The recipe for the Chantilly cream
The recipe for the Chantilly cream is here.
Ingredients
250 ml milk
125 g sugar
75 g egg yolks
18 g cornstarch
(doubled in the video)
100g heavy cream
1. heat the milk on the stove until warm but not boiling. 2.
2. break the egg yolks into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
3. Add cornstarch to 2. Mix well.
4. While warming the milk over medium to low heat, add 3 and mix constantly with a whisk.
5. When the mixture has hardened and is cooked through, remove from heat and bathe.
6. Place the cream in the refrigerator to cool.
7. beat the cream into 8 portions.
8. mix the cream with the whipped cream, cutting the mixture a little at a time.

パネットーネにもいろいろあるんですね。職人技を拝見して、ぜひ今年のクリスマスはファビオさんのパネットーネを試してみたいと思います(気が早いですが…)バターの作り方にも国によって違いがあるとわかり、目から鱗でした!夫の実家では、洋酒入りのサバイヨーネクリームを添えるそうなのですが、子どもたちが朝ごはん替わりに食べて、クリームを添える前にあっという間に終わってしまいます🥹
