Is there staff other than doctors? Because realistically, in a world with this kind of tech, doctors (at least how they work today) would be the first to go, as AI would be amazing at handling diagnosis and treatment prescription.

Without spoiling too much, we do indeed have AI characters, as well as robot maintenance staff. Narrative and story is an area we've put a lot of importance on in development so we've definitely spent a lot of time thinking about this
