Sick job. Where did you get the leather? I want some 8” ones. 😍😍

Buckleguy dot com. They sell lots of leather and hardware. Shipping was pretty quick. Prices aren’t bad. Lots of W&C options.

I’m going to check them out. This gave me some ideas.

@@ronmexico357awesome! I want to make a small catch-all tray thing next. Gonna rip off the Nicks style. I bought Chicago screws to make it.

May I ask you what is your opinion about toe cap + celastic.I think Iron rangers using something like that.
@EDHBlvd9 ай бұрын
Are you asking me if I would do celastic under a toe cap? All my boots are celastic except one. Having a soft toe is very comfortable, but I really value my sprung toe look. The jury is out on if it collapses without it. Most like it does as most of the other Lasts do. I think with a cap-toe or lace-to-toe I might skip the celastic as there is already a lot of leather holding the structure. Unsure of the Iron Ranger construction but my pairs toe is super rigid, so you might be right

I’m trying to find a pattern for this project can I ask where you found you’re one ?

I used another kiltie as my pattern in the video. I’m guessing you don’t own any boots with a kiltie?
