What a wonderful grape harvest! Grape wine is so wonderful especially from your own vines. It can have a sweetness that no other wine flavors can compete with. It’s also great for medicinal purposes too. Awesome video

Yeast is used for the grapes and its juice to ferment faster than old taditional wine that takes several years even decade to ferment beautifully . Old wines made without yeast taste better than with those added with .

I haven't made wine from scratch either, but I've seen people distill alcohol before, and I think the reason some of the stem is left on is only because you don't need to remove all of it, so why bother. I'm not an expert though.

The stems contain tannins that add depth, flavor, and complexity, in old school wine the stems are left on however now days ppl destem the grapes it ulps to the wine maker
