This look to be a nice offering of old Sioux chopper, I haven't seen this in 1/48 scale before just the old 1/32 Revell offering and the rather nice MASH chopper by MRC/Academy in 1/35 scale from the early 90s. That was a big deal back then because it could finally be incorporated into 1/35 scale military dioramas properly. I look forward to your build of this famous chopper, that photo-etched set is really going to sharpen up the details!

A new subscriber, it's a kit I may have to consider, it looks pretty good out of the box but I'd probably go aftermarket for decals, I'd want a RNZAF (as a kiwi) one.
