Tried this recipe yesterday and my guests were amazed on how soft the chicken was. Made it for barbeque . Was worried when the moisture released was becoming frothy but eventually it all worked well.

1kg chicken, mix with salt and viniger then wash with water and drain excess water, then add 250g yogart, 20gm of ground garlic , 50gm ground chillies , salt 14gm, white pepper 6gm, half tbs or 4gm coriander, half tbs cumin, 1tbs or 10gm dry milk powder, 100ml of cream.

Fantastic. I always use my own choice of spices to make a marinade and i do use curd, (in Manchester UK we just call it natural yogurt)....i added cream like your recipe and i must say it is absolutely out of this world. So tender and delicious. Thank you.
