This is our all time family favorite cake, delicious, cold and light. Very soft and moist cake, soaked in mango syrup and topped with fresh whipped cream of two flavors.
INGREDIENTS:
FOR CAKE 🎂
7 tbsp flour
7 tbsp sugar
7 tbsp oil
7 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
MANGO SYRUP🥭
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mango pulp/puree
Whipped frosting🥛
1 cup whip cream
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp mango pulp/puree
Serving suggestion 🍽
mango syrup
almonds
pistachios
