Does the old fashioned seat still stack up, or is it woeful?
Do the crew actually care about the passengers?

The safety video is meant to be different so as to draw passengers attention to it. As opposed to the more conventional and boring safety videos on other airlines which most passengers don’t take notice of.

Just travelled with them last week on Biz class. Service is looking good. Room for improvement. Entertainment system was stalling, but end if the day was able to sleep well. After a tired week.

I think the potential is there for them to be a favourite airline of mine - it'll be really interesting to try out their new cabin, which is way overdue!

the safety video… when i saw it the first time i was thinking the same like you haha. once its finished i decided I absolutely love it. But my friend thinks the opposite. She hates it! 😅😅

Yes - it's normally pretty punctual. Our flight was on time and other recent departures have also been on time. We had a tight connection at KL, so were worried - we shouldn't have been.

I would greatly appreciate your aviation video if you could please use subtitles as many KZfaq creators do during a flight ✈ so that fellow passengers are not disturbed with your vocal commentary.

man, it's a little pathetic how you make sure to hide the faces of your companions, but have absolutely no regard for the faces of all the other people who didn't consent to be part of your video.
