2 days ago. I took MH1063 from KL to JB scheduled to depart 9pm. We were informed it will be delayed to 10pm. Boarded 10 plus. Plane went to runway and captain asked to return to terminal. We arrived terminal at 11.30pm and were asked to remained at the gate till 12.30am. 4 hours without a drop of water and ground crew asked us to be patient and offered nothing. This is until some passengers with common senses asked even we can repair the aircraft and depart, but if Senai still allow us to land. Thereafter, the flight was cancelled. The transfer desk was in total chaos. It’s like MAS has never handled a delayed flight before. I finally left with a new boarding pass for next days at 1.30am with another 100 plus passengers still there. I admire what MAS trying to achieve but get your basic up and running. Drama looks very impressive but reality is hardly convincing

The past the nightmare and now is time to come to successful journey

Wish they fly to Amsterdam again.

Bring back her glory days, please bring back the flights to the US...
