I say that every time but this is the best mouthful of Avant-Garde Vegan I've ever had! That shot on the finished dish made me suddenly very emotional. I ended up crying when the welsh music cued in at the end. Gaz and the team, thank you.

I love this woman: confidently cooking with a smile on her face. In addition, she gives information about the history of the dish and the people who created it. I lived in Malaysia for a long time and I used to eat at the Buddhist-Taoist eateries and buffet restaurants which are all vegan! 🤗💖🙏😍😀😁
