Hi Friends, today we will see the beginning of a new collection, it´s the Great Villains Collection, this collection has more than 20 years of existence, from Mattel.
In this collection appears Maléficent, The Evil Queen, Cruella De Vil, and Ursula. For some dolls, it is the first time in a series, but for other her special appearance is Limited Edition.
In today´s video, we will open, Maleficent from the 1959 original movie, "The Sleeping Beauty". This is Limited Edition, for the 40th anniversary of the movie.

This is, even after all this time, the best 3D representation of Maleficent I've ever seen. It's a masterpiece. Glad to own her, again.

But are her arms moveable/bendable? I always see her in same pose with raised up hands

Hi! Of course, they are. Her joints are the same as the other dolls of this collection. You can bend her arms down but the dress will continue staying in the same place because it’s a little stiff. But don’t worry with a little pressure you can give her any position you want.

And again a Doll .... will we ever get a Movie Acurate Action figure Maleficent that is Poseable with Articulation i doubt it

Actually, she’s the most accurate Maleficent doll we’ve seen. Her joint points are good tho. Her elbows, knees and head are articulated. But we already have a lot of great Maleficent dolls, you can visit my other videos for more! There’s the ShopDisney Fairytale Maleficent doll and the Hot Toys one with Angelina’s face. 👋🏻

Hola, Thiago! Es uno de los misterios que nunca resolveremos LOL. En esta figura sus cuernos son fijos, por lo que no vemos su cabello. Sin embargo, es interesante la propuesta de Disney Store en sus líneas de 2012 y 2020 dándole a maléfica cuernos de cabello. Un saludo!!

no mostraste NADA de su articulación ... y la dejó en la misma posición como si fuera una estatua dura x.x no se mueve ella? sin puntos de articulación?

Hola Fabricio! La articulación de estos personajes es un poco rígido por ser una figura de 1997, su cuerpo es de un material similar al caucho y los puntos de articulación se encuentran en los codos, las rodillas y la cadera, sus puntos tienen tres instancias como las figuras Barbie de hace varios años atrás. Es por eso que la figura se mantiene en su posición original, para lucir su vestido de la mejor manera pero eso no quiere decir que no tenga articulaciones. Como te dije antes, tiene los mismos puntos de articulación que las otras figuras de esta línea. Un saludo!
