Born and raised in the vibrant tapestry of Tunisia, Malko's lifelong love affair with music began at an early age. His melodic journey has taken him through the intricate rhythms of various instruments, with a special fondness for the lute and Eastern guitar. It was at the tender age of 14 that he first crossed paths with House Music, embarking on a parallel voyage into the captivating realm of mixing.
Influenced by luminaries like Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Marco Carola, Loco Dice, and Stephan Bodzin, Malko made the audacious decision to pack his dreams and move to Paris, a city pulsating with the heartbeat of the night. This immersion continued in Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence, the latter becoming his academic home even as music held his heart captive.
In 2004, upon setting foot in the City of Lights, Malko's musical journey officially commenced. Iconic Parisian afters, including FOLLOW ME, NIX NOX, and Salon LaFAYETTE, witnessed his emergence as an artist.
Fast forward to 2018, and Malko began crafting and sharing his unique sonic creations, aligning himself with respected labels like Bosom and Maintain Replay Records. Yet, it was in the mystical year of 2022 that he experienced a spiritual awakening, immersing himself in the transcendental realms of downtempo and shamanic music.
His debut album, "Mira," emerged as a testament to this newfound spiritual journey, finding a home with Kosa Musica, the preeminent label for downtempo and organic house music on a global scale.
The year 2023 saw Malko's star rise even higher as he joined forces with the prestigious Cafe De Anatolia team. With two EPs in May and June, four mesmerizing tracks on Tibetania Records from April to June, and recent releases on Planet Ibiza and Solar System Records, Malko is poised for an extraordinary year.
And the journey continues, with upcoming releases scheduled with Leisureproduction and Diynamic, All Day I Dream promising an electrifying and intense 2023 for this musical luminary.
