He is 100% correct, Julius Malema has not been declared unfit to possess a Firearm so there is no law that says he cannot handle a firearm, not matter what you or I think of him. Yes but not being unfit does not mean you can just have one. You still need a Competency to possess. As well as a legal license to possess one.
