Please be very careful before buying from them . Prices are very high . And they use a bad courier service. All my stuff got damaged . When I sent them the SS they agreed and promised to replace it. Masala chai media please tell them this.

I visited yesterday to their shope, It's One of worst experience of my life ,, be careful before buying products from them, bad behaviour and high price that's too bad

Their products are good but the courier service is very bad. I had purchased their products. The jaggery bottle was broken and entire jaggery spilled in the packet. When I informed them they said they will send me a replacement , which they didn't do.

These people are stomach filled persons they don't know how to behave with customers, they cutoff the discussion in the middle and when asked they say ok I will do it now again what you do. As such no use of with such firms one should be very careful.
