What is your favorite Malifaux alternative model?

I want to say that the Unicorn box was riding the vibes of Jetpack Unicorn. I know that Wyrd has a lot of absurd models in their normal line but I really do enjoy the outrageous nature of that box.

What got me with the Zorida box was actually the other three witches. They're Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson from Hocus Pocus. I loved that movie back in the day.

If I remember correctly, the Nightmare Tara box was released before the normal box was released, so I think part of the 'Nightmare' theme was just that the Tara crew was suddenly available, rather than it being a 'Nightmare Alternative' to original sculpts.

Fun fact for Heralds of Obliteration, it happened due to an error with tooling making them too big. They decided to keep it as a "Nightmare" version instead of tossing them all. I would like to see an actual Nightmare Tara one day.

Ive really enjoyed that you both did this, somewhat shocked that neither of you commented on Mr Cooper being Alice Cooper, Im guessing its because neither of you realised.

The Dark Carnival is clearly the best. Plus, it has a whole terrain kit that goes with it. Amazing.

Pretty much agree with all your picks, except Galenhalt is S Tier. I wasn't too big on it, put it together, painted it. S tier.

If Mary Bonnet and her undead pirates don't win this, I'm... Not gonna do anything, tbh, but consider you have different tastes than I. I am so sorry, I should have had more faith in you 😅 Like, given the whole rating and the fact you consider "fits with the lore" a vague plus, we've got pretty dang similar tastes I suppose :P Gotta say though, I find they work well enough with the other Forgotten stuff. The Crooligans kinda fit in aesthetically as deckhands, Arrrrrchie obviously also. Maybe some parrot-themed Night Terror Alts? And something for the forgotten Marshal. Though slapping a pirate hat onto him works pretty well as well^^

The last 4 here are some of the boxes I have people wanting to have, but not be interested in the rest of the crew. This year nightmare is kinda neat for me because I dislike gorish look that Schtook goes, this silly signature makes me wonder if I should go for it.
