A very refreshing video SivaRam. I have completed haf a century dedicating my life to my sacred kitchen. Idli is a staple food for us. All tips you gave today had been passed down by my MIL when i was newly married and didn't know anything about cooking. What attracted me more to your videos more was your soft spoken delivery and the emphasis you give on the medicinal values of our Indian foods.
