I remember AIK few years ago playing against Napoli. The Ostersunds fairytale last season was great too but I'd love Gothenburg to return to the European scene or teams like Hammarby or Djurgardens.

Tom Brown how much does it cost to stand in the ”main” crowd in stamford?

In the Premier League, category B (against the bottom sides: Huddersfield/Cardiff/Brighton/etc) tickets start at £36 with the most expensive being £65. Category A (West Ham/Bournemouth/Wolves/Crystal Palace/Fulham/Everton) start at £41 going up to £70. Category AA (United/City/Liverpool/Arsenal/Spurs) start at start at £45 going up to £82. Also there are a limited number of matchday tickets anyway, we have lots of season tickets and there are lots of tickets reserved for corporate seating and sponsors. The Bridge simply isn’t big enough for the amount of people that want to go. Tickets sell out within minutes, most games don’t even make it to general sale.

Tom Brown wow. That’s really a shame! Here in Malmö the tickets starts at 8.1£ and ends at 44£. This is during all the matches aswell, (excluding the europe matches), so it really doesnt matter in what economic situation you’re in. You are still able to support your team

Mussbatten but if you compare us to other teams like Djurgården we have very expensive tickets. If you are a season ticket holder at Djurgården you get the Swedish cup home games for free, in Malmö we have to pay for normal pre-season tickets. We have the most expensive tickets in all of Sweden.

No, Arsenal is worse. Supporters stay in the pubs while tourist sit in the stands. Ticket prices are way to high. The best supporters and the best atmosphere are in lesser clubs.

It’s not the same everywhere in England. The London clubs and the “big clubs” in the north west are full of tourists but if you go to some lesser clubs, there is still a massive amount of passion and atmosphere.

@@Jonsson474 I see. That's better, but the thing I struggle with more in regards to English football is how nearly all the clubs are owned by companies. I sincerely believe that that is against the essence of football. Seing as though the English are the inventors of the sport (in association style) I think it's a huge disappointment. The atmosphere being alright with the smaller clubs is a positive thing though.
