What he forgot to tell you is that if you delete all your temp files then you may have to re login to all your programs like Clist and all your personal bank accounts etc. This means have your passwords and login information handy or it can be a nightmare

Wow, no joke. Your antivirus literally removed this trojan and my computer is back to normal. I didn't have to even press scan. As soon as i downloaded and install your software i notice the computer was behaving more freely. I got this virus from trying to download a free movie from off the internet. the time when you said " when trojan virus is in your computer, the police will catch you instead of the hackers" I went nuts-

I had to factory reset my PC the file just kept on multiplying, and every time I ran a virus scan it was completely undetected. I couldn’t move the file or delete it because an error would always pop up telling me that there was unwanted software in the file, and when I tried to delete through Microsoft windows defender, it would not work, and it would constantly turn off my virus protection to the point where when i tried turning it back on it would disable the button to use my virus protection the trojan completely destroyed my pc.

I need help. I downloaded a music file and I think I got a Trojan from there. Every time windows defender deletes the Trojan it keeps coming back. I’ve done all the steps up until the create a checkpoint. When I open it, there is no system protection. All there is is the following. Computer name, hardware, advanced, and remote. What should I do if there is no system protection???

Unfotunately this didn't work for me. I was first notfied of the Trojan by AVG but AVG couldn't remove it. I followed all of these steps and no virus was detected so I though it was gone. I then got rid of AVG and installed Norton as I read it's better at picking up Trojans. To my surprise I had three trojan alerts last night and they were supposedly removed. But then I got another detection this morning. So long story short it seems simply using Norton is the best bet but it may still have not solved the issue. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
