Mama dog cried and hugged her deceased puppies tightly, but the owner ignored them

A woman while looking for her cat saw Vera and her puppies at a neighbor's house, she called us and asked for help.
When we got there we were so surprised by what Vera had gone through, we talked to the owner so we could get her and the puppies out of there.
Tears and motivation gave us more hope and helped them. Now, they are all living happily with their new family.

I’m not sure where this owner lives but he or she should be prosecuted for cruelty to animals. Thank goodness there are kind people in this world like you who go out of their way to help animals. And to think this horrible person wouldn’t let you save these pups without paying them money is so disgusting I just can’t stand it.

Extreme ty for rescuing momma and her babies. They all are very much treasures and angels. Hope that they all now have very much healthy, safe, loving and happy homes. Rip, now in heaven little angels who unfortunately didn't make it. Extreme shame, cruel and such monstrous act of her previous owner. Glad to hear that she was reported. With any luck and hope she will pay for what she's done to them. The laws and justice system DESPERATELY needs to step up in all over the world regarding all animals.

Thank you so much to.everyone involved in rescuing this angel mama and her little angel babies with care and lots of ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ for a happy healthy life....And God bless the little one's that passed away R.I.P. Thanks you so much animal shelter....GOD BLESS ALL WITH ❤ I hope they charged the owner and put them in jail and never allow them to have another pet........
