OMG! I saw this for the first time last weekend and was looking forward to cooking it this weekend. So I got all my ingredients last night. Chopped and pickled the veggies this morning and cooked the salmon this evening. Now next time I will add more garlic and soy sauce. But my family loved it. My daughter who has lived in China, Japan and Taiwan said, “Omg, Mom! I ate this dish in China. It’s so good!” That made my ❤ sing because she’s eaten authentic Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese cuisine for years so I value her opinion. I couldn’t find anything I would’ve used by Kinders but I used the Chinese 5 spice and added ginger so it worked. Y’all keep on cooking, laughing and spreading love! Next to my own family, y’all are my favorite family. I’m blessed every time I watch y’all. I’m watching for the Live Love Albumt tour and the tiny desk concert. ❤
