hi to mommy rose.... i got new ideas again of cooking new technique to cook egg fried rice.😋 yes its true about cooking hotdogs we used to cook same procedure as mommy rose did. Red hotdogs has preservative it maybe hazardous to our health in the long-run. Sometimes (maybe always) preservatives are carcinogenic.

Our hot dogs are cooked already. I usually let it sit in hot water in slow sinner for a few minutes then lightly fried so that it does not goes dry. I liked the way Mama Rose prepared the eggs. Sugar again in the sliced ham? And the fried rice looks appetizing and was cooked to perfection. Thanks

I seldom eat processed foods but when I do, I also boil the hotdog for certain minutes then fry but Oh boy, margarine! Hahaha Kumander is really on diet … hot dog fried in margarine and slice ham with added sugar 😋😋😋 No coffee?

How much is KDs breakfast?

Any processed food is absolutely unhealthy in the long run. Especially industrialised foods. Even local tocino and chorizo producers use instant mix. Instead to mix their own. Boiling those hot dogs eliminated lots of toxic food coloring. Kulas consumes healthy foods. Eating those one's in a while is acceptable. Since age 40 I take care of my eating habits. Including zero soft drinks and avoiding ice cold drinks. I am now 60 and still strong and fit like a 20. Plus fitness at the gym helps a lot. 😇😇😇

Omg!! the food coloring on the hotdog!!! That looks so unhealthy. Maybe too salty. I hope Pinoys don't get high blood pressure from eating salty, processed food. An omelet with 2 chopped up hotdogs, malunggay leaves, shredded mozarella cheese, ground black pepper, would have been healthier.
