My mom wrapped everything. Everything in our stockings too. She used to say “it makes Christmas last longer”. We didn’t have loads of money back then, or now... My son is 20. I still wrap all of his stuff too. I’m wrapping for hours. But it’s worth it for their happiness & joy. Worth it for me.

I always start buying or handmade the Christmas present at the end of Octomber and finish with all of them at the beginjng of November because I hate the crowded chaos in the stores in the holiday season and this way I will have money in December 😁 And yes this year I've made myself a few small gifts, like you did, we desearve it 😁 I somehow am celebrating my birthday all week long just like your daughter, bht I'm into dusty pink😅 Neroli is the flowers of the unedible orange trees 😁 I love neroli scent
