An Apple Watch feature detected a potentially deadly heart condition called AFib, which an estimated 700,000 people have but don't know it.

It saved my life too. I had Afib the 29rh December and the Apple Watch detected it. I went to urgent care and they confirmed it. Once Afib reverted (with medication) I went back to my normal life. Yep, Apple Watch CAN save lives!

My neighbor had a stroke, passed out, and fell. This watch alerted 911 and her emergency contact. Amazing!

3:16 but It can open your garage door, set your security system to away, turn on and summon your Tesla outside of your garage, close the garage, turn all the lights in the house off, turn the air conditioner/heater off. Lock all the doors and so much more just by saying “good morning” (only if you have home kit accessories and set up the home app to do specific things for a specific phrase-like “good morning”) to Siri on your Apple Watch or homepod.

I have a Apple Watch my heart rate goes up to 190 when resting should I be worried? I usually pass out when that happens but I got a heart test and I says everything is fine.

Maybe seek further investigation. If it's not happening at the time of your appointment, and they can't see it in that moment, it may show up as fine. You might need a holter, loop or even monitor so it can be detected while its happening. Of course then it has to be happening regularly enough. The Apple watch would be good for basic home monitoring on a more regular basis so you have something to go to your doctor with. Hope you get some answers.

definitely get a chest strap that will monitor your heart rate it will be more accurate, though the apple watch itself is pretty accurate but your doctor might find the data of an ecg chest strap much more believable

Correction to your statement, Withings make a device called the Active ECG which also detects AFIB. Also Withings is the only device with approval in more countries.

Yes it can be. Atrial fibrillation can cause blood clot, stroke, heart attack, and even death.
