Tami Stronach, the iconic Childlike Empress in The NeverEnding Story, makes her long-awaited return to the big screen in the new fantasy film MAN AND WITCH: THE DANCE OF A THOUSAND STEPS. When a lonely goatherd discovers that he has been cursed at birth to never take a wife, he makes a bargain with a reclusive witch to reverse the spell, only to find that if he can't complete her three impossible tasks, he will never find true love. Featuring Sean Astin, Christopher Lloyd, Eddie Izzard, Jennifer Saunders, Shoreh Aghdashloo, Michael Emerson, Bill Bailey, Daniel Portman, Stuart Bowman, Martha West, and Greg Steinbruner.

I grew up with 80s fantasy movies (the best era for fantasy film, I tell you) and I'm looking forward this time. I don't need a fast pace cgi videogame, just a good story, with lots of heart. And if it's possible a happy ending... we'll see about that. my innocent, bewildered child self can only long for this :) nice to see Tami also in this, she looks gorgeous btw

This is such a fun, and funny, movie! Greg is an immensely likeable lead and gives a really sweet performance. Really liked it a lot.

It's probably gonna play out that he's trying to get the Princess at first but he falls for the Witch along the way. Or at least I hope so. XDb

Me too. It wouldn’t surprise me if that’s how it turned out. He goes through two difficult tasks, she then begins developing feelings for him, gives him a third task that’s damn near impossible so he doesn’t pass in the hopes that he doesn’t get the princess, and that added to some subtle indications in her mannerisms throughout the trailer, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s exactly the direction it goes. Also I’m not gonna lie she is gorgeous 😍
