You shouldnt also be allowed to make comments either as long as the father is seeking for the child, he would have to pay compensation, through the woman who gave birth to the victim man, and as for the little child is foolish so say she's looking for a father who can take care of her, so she would go for the well to do man , all children who are from poor home should start looking for well to do men to cater for them?
