I keep saying these. Even, Thomas Tuchel made a build-up when he came as an interim which Pochettino couldn't figure out until now. We don't have fixed set-ups as a team. Giving Poch a time? He still has no idea how to solve tactic issues such as build-up, defense tactics, and set-pieces, those problems are somehow solved by players, not in a good way. He left players themselves, not even caring for them. That's why we are inconsistent and rely too much on players' conditions. Why are we giving time to someone who doesn't have any clues? It is wasting of time to keep a manager like Pochettino.
