If there is a Kagoni in every village in Kenya i.e someone from the village who has some level of ability (not necessarily stinking rich) and is willing to empower his/her village mates gain some level of financial independence, the standard of living in rural Kenya would be uplifted and we would have less people living in abject poverty. Empowering people to make their own money/way of life thus uplifting their standard of life is way better than giving them handouts once in a while. Francis Ngugi Karanja, I applaud you for highlighting these stories and your willingness to get your hands dirty so to speak. You two are the epitome of the leaders (not politicians) that Kenya needs. Great work gentlemen!
