It's a good point you mentioned Rajat Da, everyone is interested to teach about the production pipeline from the very beginning, but NO one is interested to teach the VFX study pipeline, which is the most important to become a vfx artist, there is a reason we started from 2d, 3d then compositing. Without knowing the proper prospective, camera animation rules or lightning rules, it's not easy to create a good CGI art. Learning softwares are different, and learning the CGI art is totally different.

In this field you can get as a fresher 8-12k in small company in mid it will be 15-20k and in big company average it is 25-30 but you can get more if you work is god level around 40k but it's only 5-10% of the people get this ammount

Phale junior artist to ban ja Bhai 😅 and roto ka koi supervisor nhi hota roto ka Kam Junior aur mid level artist krte hai fir tumhe composting krna hoga . Supervisor bahut tara k hote hai asset supervisor , VFX supervisor, fx supervisor sabki alag alag package hoti hai. Package ka jada idea nhi hai par bahut jada hoti hai itna pata hai approx 25-30 LPA sa jada he hogi starting .

Bus isi ka to rona hai iska sahi answer to kisi k pass bhi nhi hai vase. Jaha tak mai ai ko samaj paya hu ai repetitive work ho easily kar paega ai ko jitna data feed karoge ai utna strong bate jaega. Ha ai VFX and gaming Industry ma impact to laega par ya sifh ya industry ki baat nhi hai har industry ki baat hai so R&D krte raho . In future kya hoga bagwan jate filhal 5-6 saal tak to kuch kash impact nhi padega industry pa .

Mane ak uppar comment likha hai who padh lo phale. Job to milta hai par sabko nhi ya art field hai yaha bus talented logo ki value hai . Vase agar koi tumhare pass aur option hai to who kar lo agar bahut jada interested nhi ho to ya filed ma .

@@AnkanMoyra batter you learn industry standard software's. Like nuke and silhouette. The important thing is learn from a mentor who is from industry. If you want to be a VFX artist no need to learn 3d modeling rigging animation but you need to have a little idea about lighting and render passes.

Vase guys mane jo percentage bola hai job lagne ka who institute sa padhane wale logo ka hai. jo mane dekha hai har institute ma asa hota hai. may be kuch log who percentage dekh k demotivate ho rahe hai. dekho agar sahi mentor sa sikhoge to apka pasa bhi bachega time bhi bachega aur job Lange k chances 70%-80% rhega bus yahi depend krta hai ap Sikh kaha sa rahe ho.

But ya video genuine hai mai cahta tha ki koi asa KZfaqr ho jo industry ki reality batae. Isi KZfaq k chakkar ma mane 1 saal waste Kiya sikha kya after effects and c4d 😅 jo VFX ya games k kisi pipeline ma nhi aata ya sab software ad and commercials k lea hai a pure motin graphic softwares. Mai to phale sabko ya suggest krunga ki agar ya industry ma thoda sa interested ho to fir mat Karo chod do dursa kuch kar lo q ki ya itna simple hai nhi jitna dikhta hai KZfaq ma koi tumne industry standard work flow nhi dikhega jasa ki rajat bro na kaha mai usko thoda aur details ma la ka jana cahta hu jo bhi beginners hai unko yahi suggestion dunga ki ya industry ma agar had sa jada interest hai to he kro q ki baad ma pasa aur time dono waste hoga to pachtaoge. Mai jis institute ma tha mare institute ma 100% ma sa 90% logo ka job nhi lgta course khtam hone k bad. Aur ya sirf mare institute ki khani nhi har institute ki hai aur aage ja k 60-70% log ya filed he chor date hai baki 30%-25% log struggle krte hai after all we all artists struggle to krna pdega. Ya itna easy nhi jitna logo ko lgta hai tumhe sahi knowledge sifh industry ma mil skti hai aur kahi nhi . To agar sahi ma kuch sikhna hai to ase logo sa sikho jo ya industry ma already work kar rahe hai unse tumhe sahi aur proper guidelines milega and fir tumhe samaj aega industry kya cizz hai. Btw I am a 3d prop artist( ant man and Transformers jasi movie pa work kar chuka hu ) kisi ko agar sikhna hai 3d modeling texturing lighting for games and movies to mujse contact kar skta hai but sadly mai jada logo ko nhi sikha skta already ak student hai aur max 2 log ko la skta hu. Khar Rajat bro next topic k lea ak suggestion da skta hu ap is industry ki education industry ka thoda reality batea nam bhele nam mat lijea institute ka q ki india ma koi bhi institute sahi nhi hai ya apko bhi pata hai aur jo sahi hai who bhut costly hai.

All So Called Famous VFX Channels(Bujhe nao kader bollam) Don't Know the Proper Pipeline.Their VFX Pipeline is Like take Track From AE and Using Blender addons and plugins and downloaded 3d models They Create a Okk Level Compositing Shot.This is okk but They are Missguiding The New Comers.

Who industry jao samaj aaega vase actual jo work hota hai who utna hard bhi nhi hai par wahi baat hai ki bahut jada perfectly krna padta hai kisi bhi cizz ko unko pin to pin perfection cahea isi lea sabse jada matter krta hai patience 🥲 and deadlines pa meet krna padta hai jo task mila hota hai simple he hota hai par fast bhi krna hoga aur acche sa bhi bina kisi bade error k pressure jhalna hai bus.

May be you are right but it's not apply for everyone jisko proper knowledge milti hai who kar late hai jinko nhi milti who apki tara field chodh date hai but isme apki galti nhi ya system he asa hai 100 ma sa 25-30% log he rehte hai ya filed ma baki give up kar date hai reason knowledge and expected salary .
