It’s a metal bar traveling up the guys arm and then goes down into a seat and the guy sits on it. Guy on bottom is sitting on the legs/support

it's not that hard to do the dude on the top sitting on a stand that's connected to the staff the dude on the bottom is just sitting there holding it and they are motivated by money I don't think it requires great strength I just think it requires patience they've been sitting like that their whole lives there's a lot of people around the world that do not sit on chairs they sit cross-leggedq

It's actually a harness. The bottom guy is just there for no reason. The staff is connected to the ground and he holds onto it. The staff is connected to a harness that he's wearing to hold him up... he's also sitting on a super small chair that nobody can see because his robe.

yeah there's a guy that does this on Venice Beach his is like 15 ft tall it looks pretty cool he dresses like the Grim Reaper and people take pictures Underneath Him and it looks better in the sand because you can hide the stand that's connected to the staff and you're right the dude on the bottom is there for no reason

There’s a hidden bar and stool. The arms are fake and there real arms are hidden under the baggy clothing. There is a metal frame that’s hidden as well as a seat . If they removed their clothes you would see the bracket they’re using
