In another video he actually did. Then he downloaded all the files of the scammer and got all his personal info and family pictures and showed them to him once the scammer connected to his dummy honeypot computer. The scammer sounded like he was crapping his pants when he saw all that.

@@junejohnson8409 some car companies might cover it. Bad latch designs are the main culprit. My 90s Nissan 300zx convertible has a known problem where the top frame rails will snap if the top isn't properly secured down. Which means get out the welder again

He really puts in the work, in some cases he's hacked the 'manager's' computer and got all their real names, so when they call and say "hEllO mY naMe Is SiMon", he can later refer to them by their real name. Sometimes they don't notice, sometimes it really spooks them.

You have to be very careful with scammers. The moment they get a sniff that you're onto them, they go into a whole other attitude. Jim Browning knows what he's doing.

I've already watched the video, but what he does is hack into their CCTV cameras in their building. When editing, he syncs up the video footage he got after the call with the recorded call's audio. It looks smooth to us, but he is on the phone just talking as normal as could be.

@@RofICopters It's a Lotus Elise, there is no power roof. You get off the car and detact it, store it in the trunk. If it is a convertible power roof, the car will detect what speed you are going and will only operate the roof when you are at say 30mph.

How do you think the scams will evolve for the newer generation though? You would think it is a dying market for scamsters. But, there are still people from my generation who gives out One time passwords believing that the bank is calling them for verification. It is not illiteracy that is the problem now, it is our impatience to follow simple precautions. Awareness is the only way to protect.
