Unfortunately Ryan died 4 years after this video. After a very difficult life, bounced from foster home to foster home, he had finally found accommodation through a support service. The lady who filmed him gave him his own piano. You should know that the wonderful piece of music that he interprets on it is his composition ❤ I hope he has joined God-blessed beings of light and plays for the angels 🙏

He may have lost everything for whatever reason but his heart and soul was beautiful, I am certain that since he touched not only my heart with his music he did everyone else’s even with a wickedly out of tune piano. I can only imagine hearing him play on a beautiful Grand piano. Also the fact that he wrote that is even better

Ryan Arcand is a man that changed my life. I listened to him play on Churchill Square when I used to pass on lunch hour and listening to him play this composition always made me cry. To this day, I cry every time I listen to it.😢Despite his struggles, he gave us the best gift he could have and those who were able to see it, which is many, are the fortunate ones. We are all connected with others and his music has proven exactly that. There are people that I know that I do not think of as many times weekly as much as I think of Ryan. He's kind of part of my life for all these years in a very spiritual way and I never stopped telling people about him even after he was gone. Maybe one day I hear him play again, but I am so fortunate that his composition has been reproduced in a clean version for us to access on KZfaq. Someone needs to approach Gabor Maté and get a deal for his song to be used in documentaries that represent Indigenous populations or similar movies...unless it's already done. Regardless, Ryan still live in many hearts, which is so beautiful. 💖 This composition is called "The Beginning" 🥰

I have a soft spot for people in their lowest place in life because I watched my dad go through it. He was a baseball player probably would’ve went pro, good at fishing and carpentry/construction. He got into drugs heavily. To people outside they saw an addict but to me I knew he was an awesome guy with multi talents whatever he went through took him off his path. As a musician myself I call on everybody to make and sign a petition to help this amazing talented man in building him a place to live. Please build this man a home, other than he just built intside our hearts. *To create is to live. And to create music is to make others lives better.* EDIT: I met a street guitarist today in my city - Sarajevo. He was half French half Bosnian. He said that you can't make much money as a street musician but the only thing that drives him is the look of some peoples faces when they pass by and hear his melody. The problem is that most people don't appreciate his hard work and effort. There are too many discouraged talents on our streets and too many anti-talents on tv, radio charts and internet. I also took a few shots of this man which I posted on my channel.

HE WROTE THAT BEAUTIFUL MELODY!!! How awesome! And I hope to this day that he is doing well, and I wish I could tell him how much he has touched my heart.
