The park it's at fault for letting them get on the ride, without making sure they met the minimum weight. The company needs to train their employees in a more efficient way. So this won't happen again.

they released the weights. They did meet hte minimum. The problem was actually that the boy was loaded in the FRONT instead of balancing the weight. The other two women weighed 190 and 275 so with Caleb weighing 73 they were almost OVER the weight limit. Supposedly the raft is weighed and you're weighed before boarding the rafts. But because they chose to put the child in the front not the middle and didn't balance the weight, it's possible it caused the forces to jolt the front of the raft and caused him to be flung and decapitated.

Still the companies fault. For not properly training or hiring competent employees. They should've known to equally distribute the weight through out the raft.

Nobody rode it afterwards. It was closed after the death, never reopened and is set to be demolished. This must have happened before.

A lot of theme parks have accidents like this but don't permanently close their rides, they usually only do so for a few months and then reopen it. And anyways this ride got closed for good and I think is or has been demolished. Mainly because of how dangerous it was in the first place.
