I worked for one of this companies, i have never ever in my life felt so annoying 😂, the client could be crying about how he is about to get killed and you have to anwer. "Of course sir, thank you for your patience while dying, could i interest you in getting free soccer chanels for the next six whole months". Literally so annoying 😂

You know, if it weren't for the current writers' strike, we could have had a Mother's Day episode of SNL hosted by Kieran Culkin and a sequel to this sketch (seriously. The three episodes of SNL that were supposed to close out season 48, but were canceled because of WGA strike [now WGA and SAG-AFTRA], were supposed to be hosted by Pete Davidson [May 6th], Kieran Culkin [May 13th], and Jennifer Coolidge [May 20th], and May 13th was the day before Mother's Day).

Big time. I used to work in the industry. High pressure sales. I think people getting misrouted was on purpose to get them to my department first. Even if they called in angry or even crying, I had to try to sell them something. In the end before I quit, I just quickly transferred them to the correct department instead of trying to sell them. It wasn't worth my time, getting yelled for something I knew the customers were right about. That's why I like streaming. If you decide to cancel, it's a lot easier than canceling cable TV

This is exactly how it goes. Here is how you solve it: you dot call them at all. You have your lawyer notify them legally, and that you will sue them if they don't cancel it. The "customer serviice" is trained to make you give up by exhaustion.

So your suggestion is to pay a Lawyer more than it would cost to pay the final bill? You must just have money to waste. The best way to cancel is to take your equipment to a providers store, hand it over the counter, tell them to cancel services and get a receipt. Same as every other cable company.

@@williamfryman4360Doesn't work. They will put you in line. They always try to seel you another service, and if you refuse and tell them you just want to cancel your subscription, and they tell you fine but then don't do it. Eventually, it do3es become a legal matter, whether you want or not.
