The judge had the nerve to say EGREGIOUS!!! Yet sentence him to only 17yrs. Then the mom of the killer had the nerve to say "the woman he will forever love" no ma'am that ain't love, killing is not love, abuse is not love!!! So much wrong in this case. You don’t get life without on a first murder without a weapon like a gun or priors or a long rap sheet. Or planning or conspiracy, etc etc. That’s whats wrong with everyone these days always blaming the judge or the court when they are just following the strict sentencing guidelines. It was a domestic violence case that was heinous but his first, hopefully his last. Very very sad. But they followed the guidelines.

It's amazing how somebody can intentionally take someone else's life. Yet, that person is gone forever, and the killer not only get a few years in prison and get free food and a place to sleep every night, they also get another chance in a few years after they've served their prison sentence to live a normal life, forever. Again, the person he killed is gone forever. That's just not right. Not sure why the killer can't spend his entire life in prison until he dies since the life he took is gone forever.
