Its also hard when spanish takes over other communities. Im half black half spanish when I was younger in san antonio the east side was blacks west mexican. Now the east is mexican as well. When I was young I worked in retail and had to deal with this passive aggressive behavior all the time. By causing the "contractor" to lose her employment, another person replaces her, unlike federal employment that has a UNION to protect its federal employees. As far as filming in the post office it is legal, but some offices will tell you it’s not, for whatever reason. When I worked there we were not allowed to in our work area.

He definitely wasn’t harassing her, by definition. Being annoyed by someone isn’t the same as being harassed, and she doesn’t really have any authority to tell him what to do or where to stand.
