@@sistacoin Right. And in this case the evidence was overwhelmingly against his defense. Cell phone pings in the area, the tote he struggled to get out the house and more. And I believe one of the juries did convict him but it got overturned by the court… And another judge claimed the evidence with circumstantial, which is bull..

THAT IS NOT REALITY! Relationships between sibling is often complicated. And some dont even f’with each other much be they young or old. IMO, times of a cohesive family are long gone & this case is a perfect example!

Her mother had a gut, intuitive moment that told her not to allow her daughter to come here. Please don't ignore the spirits. They knew this poor girl was in danger. She was innocent ... the others involved are not. We look for our family for protection, not sex parties and weed. She had a bright future.. snuff out by lustful idiots monsters. They need to lock up the sister as well because if you read the actual affidavit you will see that they were both engaged in sexual misconduct with phylicia. The sister was just as guilty in my opinion

I remember this. She went to a magnet school in our county and was close with a couple of girls who went to my public high school. It’s so strange that I’m almost 30 and she is permanently a teenager because of some stupid man. I also remember not fully understanding the weight of what was happening as a teen. We all left school for our normally scheduled winter break and she didn’t return. When news spread that she was missing, I just thought she ran away because she didn’t want to come back to boring NC. Even a month into her disappearance, my world view was so small that I STILL thought she would be found any day…. I was shocked when her body was found. My best friend is named Felicia and I remember the thought that it could have been one of us unalived by a person we trusted :/
