A man walks up to a police officer in Miamisburg, Ohio, to report that a woman he knew was dead. “I had an accident last night,” he tells the officer on body camera footage. He continues to say a gun he was showing her went off and shot her in the chest. The officer tells the man, identified as Brian Mason, to put his water bottle down and that he is being arrested. Mason was arrested and charged with murder. He pleaded not guilty. The charge has since been amended to reckless homicide based on evidence, according to the sheriff.

He shot her on purpose, waited for her to bleed out and die, then he turned himself in as accidentally shooting her. He's not honest about it at all. If you accidentally shoot someone you call for help so they can save the person, you don't drive around all night. Driving around trying to come up with a story, that makes you look guilty, cops know he did it on purpose that's why he is being held for murder.
