He's an Interim Manager, he can talk all he likes. The problem at United are Glazers, he made United become commercial team without vision to win trophy. As long as people wear Man United kits, they're doesn't care about trophy. So, it's hard to get rid star player. For example Pogba, he's one of under performance player and want to leave in the end of season. But what Glazers and the board do about him? They want to extend his contract with 500k / week because they're know Pogba is a star that people want to buy the merchandise if him as a model. What a nonsense...

Ralfs honesty is very likeable. I think replacing ole was harder than fans realize, firstly ole was likeable by the players and then by most of the fans. Ralf is technically gifted enough to coach In the PL but man United is career ending and ruins reputations. And the problem is not just the glazers and the lazy players- fan mentality is a big issue too. This team is probably the most unlikeable in many years

That's where ballers from many countries come from.Many of his players came from youth arm of highly respected clubs. There is only so much u could bully a player before they reach a threshold. Mourinho burnt them out. I would send everyone to a different team and start fresh. It is a broken team

We they are getting paid regularly, its like a well paid comfortable job. Where it doesn't matter you underachieve, you'll still get rewarded for it. You can look for yourself, city and Liverpool players get paid top money in bonuses when they win trophies. Meanwhile man utd players have been paid on the same lvl as man City and Liverpool players without winning anything. This just shows why they're under achieved so much, coz to them Winning and not winning doesn't look too different. Its a Mentality thing. In our job people have to do OTs to increase their monthly pay so they can use that extra money to achieve their goals outside their works.(like getting a car, house etc) but some people don't need to work OTs they already get paid that much. So what I'm saying is United players are the same they don't need to work hard as Liverpool or man City players coz they are already getting the same rewards as them without working as hard. Its simple logic.

Honestly Jason Sancho has looked mostly horrible. United are relying on a 37 year old to bail them out. Dalot is a bright spot but honestly most of their younger players simply haven't earned a place in the starting XI with their performances.

Ralf rangnick was spot on here. he has the tatical knowlege to do well at man u but if the players dont listen then your getting nowhere. tbh at rb liepzig he had argually a much less talented squad than this and got top 4 in germany. Honestly speaking - Ralf Rangnick is a visionary, genius, "father of Gegenpressing" ... But he is definitely more like an advisor, coordinator. As strictly a coach, he does not have much experience, and United is even less a club to polish such skills. I think that even in an average club, but with an internally coherent one, he would have done well, maybe even very well. At United they treat him as a "seasonal coach", hence he has no authority, the players do not follow his tactical assumptions - just listen to what he says, and he speaks in a logical and substantive way. You can feel that he is not a "PE teacher" like Solskjaer, who seems to be a really nice guy and I felt sorry for him, how he was hated so much, but who had no experience and was not famous for his tactics. Well hopefully the mighty Eric Ten Hag in collaboration with Rangnick will gradually make changes that maybe make Manchester United shine again, be great again. It will be great again. However, not with these players, the money has distorted their perception of the sport too, which should fascinate them and encourage them to "give their hearts" on the pitch. You have to make a phaltic revolution. Let's hope the management board will give time, because the duo Ten Hag and Rangnick can be salvation and let's hope so.
