16 is the minimum... . He will be denied parole for at least 16 years. But it's most likely to be the full 40. The parole board denies cop killers.

Dude was warned countless times by Palms security NOT to get in his car and drive. He was outside evading and hiding from security to get to his vehicle. He eventually succeeded. The rest is tragic. This was a case where someone was told and warned countless times “no driving tonight”. He flipped the bird.

The quality of District Attorneys has become so poor, with bottom of the barrel lawyers, that they have created plea deals instead of trying cases with irrefutable evidence. The judges are complicit in this practice. That is the real travesty here.
