I think the most important one is the Truth of God in His word : Hebrews 4 12 NIV For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. If you feel something down or negatif, search God words, and identified your emotions and read His words, God words is alive and powerful.. depend only in Him..and pray

I really dislike when something negative happens, and my mind plays the scenario over, and over. Or makes the thought even worse by making up things that didn't happen. :(

I'm so tired of preacher saying that God does not need us. The Bible says God yearns for our souls and when Jesus was here on Earth he wept for us. He showed us he needed Us by dying for us. We need God and God needs us! Amen!!
