Thank you for sharing your experience! I think your push to implement feedback immediately is spot on, since interviewers may probe you on potential weak spots (and sometimes they can brief each other between the interviews). However, I would not suggest to send personal emails/feedbacks to interviewers before they have communicated their judgement to you. I am just worried it could be regarded as pushy, while it does not really help you win brownie points, so I would probably just wait until they contact you for their feedback on your interview performance (and then you can still thank them regardless of the outcome 🙂). Just my 2 cents!

The last one is extremely important, as those feedbacks are very valuable. Plus, most people are very happy to provide feedback if asked for.

Glad this helps :). I had one week between the two rounds. I think in general the gap is around 2 weeks.

Thank you for the sharing! how could you get the email address of your interviewer? Ususally, I'd only be able to learn their names but no contact details.
