I am so worry about this. I was just diagnosed with mast cell disorder as my histamine levels came so high and my ch50 as well. Now my tryptase came normal so I am so confused. My symptoms are so many that Idk how to even describe them. Painful colon stomach prostate itchy everywhere tinnitus depression anxiety.

A normal tryptase level is very, very common in people with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Elevated tryptase is usually an indicator of Mastocytosis, which is a different condition.

Many people that have Mast Cell have Lyme disease. That's my case.

Mast cell activation syndrome? A conundrum of mine. I was potentially thinking that maybe if I get my gut microbiome fixed/and in order maybe the problem may fix itself (?) I've been researching butyrate, beta glucans 1, 3 - 1,6 , black seed oil, Pau d'arco, turkey tail mushrooms, saccharomyces cerevisiae algae, euglena gracilis algae, reishi mushrooms, fiber, probiotics, prebiotics, resistant starch, phenols, polyphenols, resveratrol, curcumin, dandelion, galangal, ginger, clove, garlic, Neem oil, pine needle oil, raw fruits and vegetables, (and so on). I figure, leaky gut=inflammation, so I should keep those lipopolysaccharids and free radicals from being created, and clean up the ones I already have. As a potentially adjoining thought of mine, I find those FMT (fecal microbiome transplant) crapsules interesting. Some times called MTT, (microbioda transfer therapy). I sure it would be something to research as well. (Fix the cause, so theirs no symptoms that need to be managed).
